I have an older MSI U230 laptop that had a damaged LCD screen. I had taken it to another repair shop and after waiting over a week, they advised they could not fix it. I got an estimate from a large chain that would be 1 -3x the value of the laptop and take a while while it was shipped out for repair. I then found Inside Laptops. Alfredo gave me a reasonable price, and had the part for my older MSI laptop in a few days. The nice part was he called when he confirmed the part was en-route, and also called the morning the part arrived, saying it would be ready in an hour. His personal service was cost effective, informative and customer friendly. Plus it was fixed at the price quoted! I easily give Inside Laptops 5 stars and will definitely use them again.. This was BEST laptop repair service!!! I'm from out-of-town and I spilled liquid on my laptop on the plane. I found InsideLaptops via Google once I got to Miami and it only took them over the weekend to fix my laptop and that was only because I dropped it off on Saturday and they're closed on Sundays. Technically they repaired my computer within hours on Monday! They also saved all of my files and personal information on my computer which was a HUGE relief!!! I was able to pick up my computer right before my flight home. Great service especially if you're in a desperate emergency, and very decently priced! 10/10 would recommend. This place is amazing. Alfredo helped me big time. I literally took my laptop to get the screen replaced as it fell of my bed and the screen started flickering. Took it to Alfredo he did the best on finding the screen as no one/ no where had it, as it's a new model Dell that came out the beginning of this year and not even 5 months with the laptop the screen got damaged. He even lend me an adaptor so I could still use my laptop with a screen at the house, love the way he was on top of it like it was his, he gave me different options until he was able to find somewhere the screen. Took it in and within 12 minutes I walked out amazed on how fast he replaced it. He gave me warranty and the value with everything was worth it. I recommend this shop to everyone. Inside Laptops is the only place you should ever take your computer to. They replaced my MacBook Pro screen flawlessly in less than 24 hours and at an unbeatable price. The staff is incredibly smart and makes you as a customer feel comfortable and valued. I made the mistake of bringing my computer elsewhere before hearing about Inside Laptops. The other place was going to take 2 weeks to replace my screen and was going to charge me significantly more. I am ashamed that it has taken me this long to write a review for InsideLaptops. They were amazing! I reached out to InsideLaptops regarding a keyboard replacement that I discovered to be more complex than anticipated. I already purchased the parts and within a few short hours, the team at InsideLaptops had corresponded back to me via my Google inquiry. They verified the part, assessed my laptop via photos and provided me a price and time frame to drop off, and a work estimate. The drop off was smooth, Jorge was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. The repair was done right on time (2 business days), the pick up was flawless, and the laptop was in perfect condition. The price was fair, and there were no surprises or changes. Absolutely a pleasure to do business with. My laptop had a DC jack that became loose. This was the 3nd time that it had to be repaired. The first 2 times were at the same shop in Michigan where I live. The first time they replaced it, and 2nd time they re-soldered it for me. Well flash forward 1.5 years, it was loose again and being in Miami for work, I took it to InsideLaptops. They had to order the part and I had to wait a week, which was okay because this is a non common DC jack port. They did the repair in less than 1 hour after bringing them back the laptop, and the charging cable has a tight fit into the port that I never felt after the 1st repair where they "replaced" the DC jack. Not tight like to tight, but tight like a snug and proper fit where it will not work it loose again. I would highly recommend InsideLaptops for repairs to anyone in the Miami area. ~ David L

My Dell XPS 15 laptop is my workhorse computer and was completely dead (no sound, no lights). I took it to a shop near me and they told me it was an issue with the motherboard which would cost me hundreds for just the materials. I found Inside Laptops on Google and decided to give them a shot, even though they are located far from me. Alfredo was very professional and explained to me in much detail what he could possibly do. I don't know how he did it but my laptop is running good as new and possibly better than ever. The best part is I didn't even pay half of what the cost of just a motherboard would be. He even replaced the old bottom screws for me. He gave exceptional service, was always quick to answer or return my calls. I definitely recommend this place to anyone I know. I hope I never have an issue with my electronics again but if I do, I'm going straight to Inside Laptops and asking for Alfredo. ~ Jason D

I came in recently to repair my MacBook since it was having issues loading up and was randomly crashing due to what seemed like some sort of overload. Jorge was very professional and understanding throughout the entire process of fixing my computer as he explained the issue to me patiently and made me feel at ease knowing my computer would be just fine after all. They did a really great job. I woke up this morning and my laptop was totally unresponsive and I was in a panic because I'm working under a deadline. They answered the phone and all my questions and were able to look at the computer right away. They were up-front about the pricing, which I felt was very reasonable. Within a few hours, they had figured out the issue, installed the replacement part, *and* done a few tune-ups on the laptop (screen and keyboard way cleaner than when I dropped it off). I expected to drop off my sons broken computer and wait a couple days, but before I knew it, Jorge came out with the screen already replaced, probably within 15 minutes. I received quotes from the big market guys and inside laptops beat everyone buy a couple hundred dollars. I actually had a big name company ask me where I received such a low quote and when I mentioned inside laptops the rep told me that inside was a very reputable company, so I took the chance and was pleasantly surprised . Took my iPhone 5 to repair broken screen. Told them I had an appointment in 45mins close by. I was in and out in 30mins and made it to my appointment. Staff was very helpful and prices were way better than everyone else in the area. After I left, I noticed the bottom left corner of my screen wasn't responding accurately (I'm sure it has to do with my phone being in bad shape but they still fit the screen perfectly) Called them and they said to bring it in. Tested it for 2mins and they replaced the screen. In and out in 20 mins with a great quality screen! Definitely recommend them! ~ V C

As a business owner in a service oriented industry my expectations on work being performed for me are extremely high. It is rare when I feel compelled to write a positive review on any company because normally they tend to fall short of my expectations. I recently called Insidelaptops due to laptop problems in my office as well as some network issues we were having. When I initially contacted them I was happy to deal with a tech that was very friendly but more importantly very knowledgeable. I set up an appointment with them to come out to my office to fix my problems. The Insidelaptops tech that showed up was not only on time, one of my biggest pet peeves, but also very professional and helpful. My problems were quickly resolved as well as the tech offered me some very good tips so that the problems I was having would not reoccur. Lleve par de laptops a Insidelaptops las cuales se usan para trabajar a diario en mi negocio y temia dejarlas en cualquier sitio donde tomaran dias para reparalas.
